Sarah Spangler serves as Executive Vice President of M Group Companies, where she leads the firm’s strategic operations and drives execution across the organization. In her role, she oversees corporate structure and governance, operational budgeting and planning, investment oversight, and cross-functional coordination to support the company’s broad investment and growth initiatives. Sarah also manages key aspects of investor relations, financial oversight processes, and vendor and contractor engagement to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Before joining M Group, Sarah practiced law with a focus on estate planning, real estate, taxation, and business transactions, bringing a strong legal and analytical foundation to her approach to risk, structure, and value creation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington, a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, and an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami. Sarah is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Texas.
